Videographer Needed in Rio de Janeiro
- Conference Shoot (April 24–27, 2026)
We are looking for a Brazil-based videographer with his own camera and tripod to join our international production team for a conference recording in Rio de Janeiro.
The event will take place at a large international academic conference and you will be working with an experienced production crew.
The work will take place over four days (April 24–27, 2026).
Day 1 (Apr 24): meet the team and do a quick technical check
Day 2 (Apr 25): setup day
- integrating your camera into our AV system
Day 3–4 (Apr 26–27): full-day conference recording
You will be operating a locked-off camera filming speakers and panel discussions on stage. The rest of the production setup and crew will be provided by our team.
Requirements
Based in Brazil (preferably Rio de Janeiro)
1 professional camera with XLR input, no recording limit, and HDMI or SDI output
Fluid head tripod
Experience filming conferences, talks, or live events
Basic English communication
Reward: $1000 USD for all 4 days
