Call 70 Clinics, Verify Costs

Budget: $10 - $30

I have a list of 70 health clinics that must be contacted one-by-one. During each call I need two things confirmed:

• Whether the clinic currently offers adult physicals for work requirements and TB tests. • The exact out-of-pocket price patients pay for each of those services.

Please capture the answers in a simple spreadsheet. Essential columns are: clinic name, phone number, contact person (if provided), availability of adult physical, availability of TB test, price for the physical, price for the TB test, date/time called, and any quick notes (e.g., “price valid 30 days,” “appointment needed,” “cash only,” etc.).

Accuracy is critical: the numbers you record must match what the clinic told you, so double-check any unclear information while you are still on the line. I will spot-call a handful of clinics to make sure the figures line up, so complete, honest data is the key acceptance criterion.

You can call in whatever order you prefer, but I would like the finished spreadsheet—clean and ready to sort—returned within three days of acceptance.
