I’m looking for a hands-on Social Media Manager who can help build and grow a brand from zero to scale.

This is not a maintenance role — this is a ground-floor opportunity where you’ll be shaping the identity, voice, and growth strategy of a brand-new company.

What You’ll Be Responsible For: • Creating and managing social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, etc.) • Deg logos, brand visuals, and content assets • Producing short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) • Editing videos (hooks, captions, transitions, trending formats) • Engaging with users (comments, DMs, interacting on other pages) • Finding and reaching out to potential affiliates/UGC creators • Helping build and manage a community around the brand • Testing content ideas and improving based on performance

What I’m Looking For: • Someone comfortable working with a brand that has no existing presence • Strong understanding of viral content formats and trends • Ability to design + edit (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.) • Someone who uses critical thinking and creativity — not just AI tools • Must have real editing skills and original ideas • A free thinker who brings ideas, tests them, and executes • Not someone who waits for step-by-step instructions — I need someone who sees opportunities and acts on them • Experience growing pages, even personal ones, is a big plus • Ability to think in terms of growth, not just posting

Important: • This role may start as part-time / test phase • I will be selecting 1–2 people long-term based on performance • If you perform well, there is ongoing paid work and growth opportunities
