PTC Creo Conveyor Design
Description
Budget: ₹1500 - ₹12500
I need a complete conveyor model created in PTC Creo that will be used strictly for transporting light materials, never exceeding a 10 kg live load. The design has to be dimensionally accurate, fully assembled, and ready for simulation or downstream detailing the moment I open it.
Here is what I expect as the final package: • A fully-parameterised 3D assembly with all moving components—frame, rollers, belt or slat modules, shafts, and motor/gearbox placeholders—modelled natively in Creo. • Clean part and assembly trees (no unresolved references or suppressed features). • Exploded view and basic drawing sheets showing overall dimensions, key sections, and a short BOM so I can review clearances quickly. • File version saved in Creo 8 (or lower if you advise beforehand).
Acceptance criteria • Rated for up to 10 kg distributed load in static analysis without excessive deflection. • Overall footprint remains compact; anything longer than 2 m must be flagged before modeling. • All bearings and fasteners taken from standard Creo libraries so I can swap for vendor parts later.
If you already have a library of conveyor elements in Creo, let me know—re-using proven sub-assemblies is fine as long as the final model meets the load and light-material handling criteria. I’m ready to move forward as soon as I see a brief plan and timeline.
