I run a fast-growing, women-focused YouTube channel and I’m ready to bring on a dedicated video editor for the long haul. You’ll take the prompts and finished scripts I supply and turn them into two to three polished, 10-12 minute videos every week—always fresh, always copyright-clean.

The workflow • I currently cut in Final Cut Pro, so native FCP projects are ideal. If you prefer Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve and can deliver the same look and XMLs for backup, that’s perfectly fine. • My past uploads lean toward vlogs, and we’ll keep that authentic storytelling feel while weaving in more structured, value-packed segments. • High retention is non-negotiable, so think punchy, engaging intros, frequent cuts, seamless transitions, tasteful motion graphics, and soundtrack choices that keep viewers locked in.

What you’ll deliver each upload

1. A mastered 4K (or crisp 1080p) file ready to publish.
2. Source project files plus any custom graphics.
3. Timestamped list of royalty-free assets so we stay clear of copyright claims.

Turnaround is 24 hours or less once you have the script and voiceover. I pay a fixed rate per video—let me know your quote and include samples that show your editing style, especially examples that highlight strong hooks and tight pacing.
