The Mission (Phase 1): We need to immediately identify and onboard 20–30 Traders from across the globe (Priority: Western Markets — USA, UK, EU, Canada).

No Barriers to Entry: We accept everyone. We don’t care about their background, their past failures, or their ID. We only care about their potential and their discipline.

The System: Every trader will be integrated into our AI-driven arbitrage system and will receive professional, world-class training.

The Terms (Read Carefully):

The Test Phase: For the first 1-2 trading sessions, traders will operate on their own accounts to verify their speed and accuracy following our signals. During this phase, they receive Professional Training and Strategic Direction ONLY.

The Scaling: Once they pass this test and provide the 40% profit share to the system, they will be fast-tracked to full corporate funding.

Payment and Rewards:

Initial Phase: We provide a small base payment for the initial recruitment and verification of the first 20-30 traders. This ensures your immediate efforts are compensated.

The Massive Upside: For the recruiter who stays with us and builds this foundation, there is a potential Success Fee of $50,000+ as we scale to our target of 5,000+ traders and our billion-dollar fund.
