Compensation is straightforward: • Fresh graduates start at ₹10 LPA. • 0–5 years’ experience earns ₹15 LPA. • 5–10 years’ experience moves to ₹25 LPA. • 10–20 + years’ experience reaches ₹40 LPA.
Every newcomer, regardless of background, receives structured job-specific training so you can hit the ground running.
Who fits? I welcome holders of BA, BSc, B.Ed, BCom, MBA, CA, ICWA, CS, CFA, FRM, CAIA, PhD and related credentials. Under-graduates due to finish by 2026 may also apply if you’re keen to learn and grow.
