Compensation is intentionally generous: freshers start around ₹1 million per year and the scale rises to ₹4 million for leaders with 10-plus years behind them. We back those figures with structured, role-specific training so you can ramp up quickly even if you are switching stacks.

The work spans modern back-end, front-end, data and platform challenges. Today our most urgent need is for people who code confidently in Python and Java/JavaScript, yet we are also building teams in C, C++, C#, Go, R, S-plus, Rust and even prompt-engineering for LLM-driven features. Large-scale ERP exposure (SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle) is another big plus.

On the academic side we are especially keen on candidates holding an MBA, MCA, MS or PhD, though strong bachelor’s graduates with the right mindset are absolutely welcome. Final-year students graduating in 2026 can also secure an early offer now.
