Full 3D House Walkthrough

Budget: ₹600 - ₹1500

I want to have a complete 3D model of my future home and also need a polished, cinematic walkthrough that lets me and my family “step inside” before we build. The video should cover every space from curb to backyard, moving seamlessly through the interiors and wrapping up with an exterior fly-around that shows landscaping in context.

Scope • Use my supplied model as the base—no need to rebuild geometry, but do refine materials, lighting, and entourage so the animation feels lifelike and inviting. • Dress the scene with furniture, décor, lighting fixtures, plants, and hard-scape elements that fit a modern-contemporary style. • Add realistic terrain, grass, trees, paving, and boundary treatments so the house sits naturally on its lot. • Produce a smooth camera path that conveys scale and flow without dizzying cuts.

Please make sure the final walkthrough clearly showcases:

Deliverables

1. 2–3 minute MP4 (1080p or higher) with tasteful background music.
2. Eight high-resolution stills taken from key frames (jpg or png).
3. Source project file(s) so I can request tweaks later if needed.

Acceptance The job is complete when the rendered video matches the furnished/interior-exterior brief above, lighting looks believable at daylight hour, and all requested spaces are visible for at least a few seconds each.

Preferred tools are Lumion, Twinmotion, Enscape, or similar real-time engines, but any pipeline that reaches the same quality is welcome. I’m happy to answer model-format questions or provide reference photos right away. Looking forward to seeing how you bring this design to life.
