URGENT: Fluent English - Online Marketing Expert Needed (SEO/GEO, link-building & Content) - 20+ hrs per week

Budget: $2 - $8/hr

I'm seeking a versatile virtual assistant to join my team for 20+ hours per week (minimum). You MUST have strong English skills

The role involves a mix of marketing tasks with the goal of rapidly generating traffic; SEO/GEO, Reddit, blog content, social media management and backlink building.

Key Requirements: Primary:

• Proficiency in, keyword research (SEMrush, ahrefs etc) - you MUST have your own access to the software.
• Proven high-DA backlink-building strategies. Not sponsored links, do spammy links. Just high quality DA50+ backlinks through listicles, guest contributions etc.
• Social media management - design and content creation (blog)
• Strong email marketing skills - writing and testing email sequences
• Strong proficiency in using generative AI for content, video, graphics and vibe coding
• Strong written English for various tasks

Secondary:

• Automation experience in Claude Cowork/skills, n8n, sumopod, APIs etc (also not essential but a bonus)
• Ability to perform web scraping tasks efficiently, email marketing and excellent English (not just AI)
• Experience Figma and Adobe illustrator is a bonus (but not essential, just a bonus)

Ideal Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience as a virtual and/or marketing assistant with a heavy marketing focus or in a mid-weight marketing or more senior role
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent English communication skills

Your success in this role will be determined by your ability to generate traffic for the projects you're assigned to over a 3-month probation period. After which your hourly rate will increase, and your contract will be extended for a further 9-12 month contract. If you perform exceptionally (above traffic targets), you will be offered a % of profit share. Not essential, but graphic design, branding skills in Figma and Canva, and video editing give you bonus points.
