I need you to take full ownership of an influencer push aimed at turning attention into direct product sales. The campaign must span Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, and every creator you engage should sit firmly in the 50 k–500 k follower range so we benefit from strong reach without losing authenticity.

Scope • Identify suitable creators using your preferred discovery tools (AspireIQ, Upfluence, CreatorIQ, or similar) and my own niche keywords. • Vet each channel for real engagement, brand fit and past conversion performance. • Craft personalised outreach that highlights our offer, incentive structure and timeline. • Track responses, negotiate deliverables and coordinate content approvals. • Hand over a clean tracker that lets me see status, agreed rates, posting dates and live links.

Key deliverables

  1. Shortlist of 30–40 vetted macro-influencers, including follower count, engagement rate, audience demographics and recent sponsored post performance.
  2. Outreach copy templates tailored to each platform.
  3. Live campaign tracker (Google Sheet).
  4. Weekly summary of conversions driven once posts go live.

Acceptance criteria • Every influencer falls within 50 k–500 k followers and averages 3 %+ engagement. • At least 70 % of shortlisted creators respond to outreach. • Final posts contain our unique tracking link or discount code so sales attribution is clear.
