Spanish-to-English Document Translation

Budget: $15 - $25/hr

I have a stack of documents in Spanish that need to read as if they were drafted in English from the start. Faithful meaning, fluent style and preserved formatting are all essential.

The collection varies in size and subject matter; some files may involve contracts, technical explanations or marketing copy, while others are straightforward narrative text. Once we connect I can share samples so you can confirm scope and advise on turnaround.

What matters most to me is a translator who:

• Writes at native-level English and is fully fluent in Spanish • Maintains every nuance, figure and citation without sounding literal • Keeps the source layout intact (headings, tables, clauses, footnotes) • Uses a solid QA process—CAT tools such as Trados, MemoQ or Wordfast are welcome but not mandatory • Delivers clean, proofread files on the timeline we agree and treats all content as confidential
