Reactivate French SASU Statuts

I am reopening a previously dormant French SASU and must file the formal re-activation with the Greffe. The new corporate name and registered address are already decided; what I need is the full set of updated statuts and the related filing pack prepared and lodged so the change appears on Infogreffe and in the legal gazette.
