I need a fabricator in Chennai to build a compact steam test rig that lets me hold a rock-steady 70 mbar (0.07 bar) pressure while feeding a heat-exchanger prototype.

Core hardware • Boiler: 5

• 10 L, stainless-steel build • Manifold: threaded to the boiler, absolutely steam-tight • Gauge port: 0-100 mbar capsule gauge (I’ll supply the gauge) • Fine-control: needle valve for precise bleed-off • Outlet: ½-inch hose barb to connect my test loop

Key requirements

• Precise control at 70 mbar without drift.
• All joints must stay leak-free during continuous runs.
• Finished assembly, pressure-tested and ready for plug-in at my site.
