Android Realistic Casino Roulette App

I’m looking for someone who can take my idea for a casino-style roulette experience and turn it into a polished Android application. The game should feel as close to a real table as possible—high-quality 3-D wheel and chips, authentic physics, ambient casino sounds, and smooth UI transitions.

Gameplay • Users must be able to enjoy classic single-player sessions offline. • A multiplayer mode is equally important, allowing friends (or random opponents) to join the same table, place bets in real time, and chat briefly while they play.

Visual & Technical Notes The visual direction is unmistakably realistic, so textures, lighting, and animations need to reflect that. If you prefer Unity, Unreal, or another engine that can deliver console-level fidelity on mobile, feel free to propose it; performance on mid-range Android devices is essential.
