Database Data Entry Assistance

Budget: ₹350 - ₹1500/hr

I need a reliable pair of hands to move a batch of information into our central database. The source files vary (some are text docs, a few PDFs, and several spreadsheets), but everything must end up as clean, well-structured records that follow the field layout I will provide.

Here is how I see the job:

• You receive the source files along with a simple data-mapping guide and sample record. • Each entry is keyed into the database front-end (MySQL with phpMyAdmin) or imported via CSV if you prefer, as long as every field matches exactly. • Spot obvious inconsistencies, flag duplicates, and correct minor typos along the way so I don’t inherit dirty data. • Send me a progress file every day that shows total records completed and any issues you found.

Deliverable: the database updated with 100 % of the supplied records, no missing fields, and an error rate below 1 %.
