Tailwind CSS Informative Website (need only freelancer need to work with our inhouse backend dev)

I’m launching a new informative website and want the entire visual layer created with Tailwind CSS. Because no artwork or layout exists yet, you’ll begin by crafting the design itself—colour palette, typography, section hierarchy—then move directly into coding fully responsive pages in clean HTML and Tailwind classes. A lightweight sprinkle of Alpine.js or vanilla JavaScript is welcome for simple interactions, but nothing heavier; the priority is speed, accessibility, and straightforward hand-off to my back-end team.

What I will provide: the site map, brand notes, and all written copy. What I need from you: modern, mobile-first mock-ups approved in Figma (or a comparable tool) and the final front-end codebase built strictly with Tailwind.

Deliverables: • High-fidelity design files • Responsive HTML/Tailwind components for every approved screen • Commented code and a brief hand-over guide
