Job Description

We are looking for a QA Tester to ensure the quality, reliability, and accuracy of a web application that provides a Claude-like conversational interface focused on structural and fabrication design workflows. The QA tester will be responsible for validating both frontend functionality and backend-driven responses, ensuring the system behaves correctly as new features and design logic are introduced.

Because the application deals with structural and fabrication design concepts, the QA tester should have a working understanding of engineering drawings, structural terminology, and fabrication workflows in order to properly verify system outputs and functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand the existing application workflows through knowledge transfer (KT) from the development team.
• Perform functional testing on both frontend and backend features of the platform.
• Validate chat-based interactions and responses generated by the system.
• Test new features introduced through backend updates and ensure the frontend behaves correctly.
• Verify correctness of outputs related to structural design and fabrication logic.
• Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and test reports.
• Identify, document, and track bugs and usability issues.
• Perform regression testing when new features or updates are released.
• Ensure the application works properly across supported browsers and devices.
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and validate fixes.
