We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist to build and manage a comprehensive database in Excel for our sports assessment company. The project duration is expected to be 1-2 months. The primary responsibilities include writing Excel macros to automate data processes, creating interactive dashboards using Power BI and performing data smoothing techniques. Additionally, the candidate should have the capability to develop predictive analytics models, which is a preferred skill but not mandatory at the start.

Project Scope & Key Tasks:

Design and develop an Excel database tailored for sports assessment data (including web scraping, if required) Write and optimize macros to automate repetitive tasks and data manipulation. Create dynamic and insightful dashboards in Power BI to visualize key metrics. Apply data smoothing techniques to clean and prepare data for analysis. Develop predictive analytics models to forecast trends and outcomes (preferred). Collaborate with the team to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.

Recommended Tools & Technology:

Microsoft Excel with VBA for macros. Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization. Statistical and data analysis tools for smoothing and predictive modeling.

This project requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and experience in Excel automation and Power BI dashboard development. Predictive analytics experience will be a significant advantage.
