I need a complete hospital management system that can be rolled out across several facilities under our group. The core modules must cover patient records, appointment scheduling, and billing & invoicing, all tied together with a clean, role-based interface for doctors, nurses, and our administrative staff.

Key expectations • A single database or synchronized databases that allow records to travel seamlessly between locations without duplication or lag. • Role-based dashboards so that each user sees only what they need, yet shares data in real time. • Reliable audit trails and user activity logs to satisfy compliance checks. • A straightforward way for us to configure additional sites, wards, or departments later without code changes. • Source code, schema, and deployment documentation delivered at hand-over, plus a brief hand-off session to walk my IT lead through setup and maintenance.
