On-Site Certificate Reverification Institute: Al khalifa hospital Burao Location: Alamzy, Stadium road, Burco, Somalia I need a freelancer who can physically visit the institute at the above mentioned address, and collect evidence of the authenticity of the visit and certificate.

During the visit you will:

• Take 7–8 clear, geotagged photographs taken with GPS Map Camera App: At least 2 of the Building's exterior, 2 showing main signage, interior notice boards, rooms or offices that display the Authority’s name on letterhead or posters, and general common areas.
• Present the official verification form I will supply, have it completed and stamped by an authorised representative; if they refuse to use my format, collect the same information on their own letterhead instead.
• Complete the short site-visit questionnaire I will provide, covering the physical condition of the premises.
• Politely request a copy of Business Registration Certificate. If they decline, record the exact reason.
• Politely ask XXXX XXXX bed capacity(Applicable to Health Facilities). If they decline, record the exact reason.
• Review the information on the filled form and provided certificate and in case of any discrepancy, discuss and clear it with the institution.

Acceptance criteria

• All photos must carry embedded GPS metadata that matches the address above.
• Forms and questionnaire must be fully legible and signed/stamped where applicable.
