We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist who can help us design, execute, and optimize email campaigns using Mailchimp.

We need someone who understands both **lead generation and conversion-focused email strategies.

Scope of Work

• Set up and manage campaigns in Mailchimp

• Create email templates (professional & responsive)

• Build automation flows:

• Welcome series

• Lead nurturing sequence

• Follow-up emails

• Promotional campaigns

• Segment email lists (B2B & B2C audiences)

• Optimize subject lines, CTAs, and content

• Improve open rate, CTR, and conversions

• A/B testing and performance tracking

• Ensure proper email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, etc.)

Requirements

• Proven experience with Mailchimp
• Strong understanding of email marketing strategy
• Experience in B2B (services) and/or eCommerce campaigns
• Knowledge of automation and segmentation
• Ability to write or guide high-converting email copy
• Basic understanding of analytics & reporting
