I need a confident phone closer who can turn local manufacturing businesses into paying customers, not just warm leads. The role is 100 % commission: you earn a percentage of every order you close, so your income scales with your results.

Here is what the campaign looks like:

• Market focus: local businesses in the retail, manufacturing or service provider sector. • Objective: direct service sales during the very first or second call—no hand-offs or long nurture cycles. • Data: I’ll supply an initial list; you’re welcome to expand it with your own research if that helps you close faster. • Tracking: calls logged in a shared CRM (Spreadsheet) with notes, outcome, and next steps. • Materials: Service sheets, pricing tiers, and objection-handling notes are ready for you on day one. • Payment Terms : Payment will be paid by commission of 10% per sale, and only when deal is closed.
