I need a reliable chatbot embedded into my website that focuses on front-line customer support. Its main job will be to answer common questions and smoothly collect, route, or log requests and complaints so my human team can focus on higher-level issues.

Please build or configure the bot, connect it to the existing site, and train it on our current FAQ and knowledge-base content. The integration must feel seamless in both desktop and mobile views and respect our current branding.

Core tasks for the bot • Instantly answer FAQs based on the materials I provide • Capture and categorise customer requests or complaints, then push them to our ticketing email

Beyond the chatbot setup, ongoing website management is part of the brief: keeping the FAQ repository updated, adjusting triggers or conversational flows as we release new products, and ensuring the bot’s performance analytics are reviewed so we can iterate quickly. Familiarity with typical website CMS tools and any leading chatbot platforms (Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, or similar) will help here.
