Dubai Multi-Brand Digital Setup

I’m launching a cluster of Dubai-based ventures that will work in tandem: a cosmetics store, kids-party busimess, and a home cleaning service. To get them off the ground I need a digital consultant who can stitch everything together from a single, coherent strategy.

Web & E-commerce Each brand needs its own clean, conversion-focused website plus one central Shopify store with local payment gateways and delivery integrations that suit the UAE market (Tabby, Tamara, PostPay, Aramex, etc.). Speed, mobile responsiveness, and easy catalogue management are non-negotiable.

Social Presence Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook should launch simultaneously, with cross-promotions that push traffic from one brand to the next. I’ll rely on you to set up the profiles, optimise bios, create highlight structures, and schedule posts, reels, and ads that speak to each audience segment.

Content & Campaigns While I can supply raw product shots and basic copy points, I’ll look to you for creative direction—angles for reels, ad copy variants, and seasonal promotions that tie the businesses together.

Tracking & Reporting Build light systems—Google Analytics, Meta pixel, and a simple dashboard in Data Studio or Airtable—that track leads, sales, and campaign ROI across all brands so we can see, at a glance, how cross-promotion is performing.

Branding No formal guidelines exist yet, so you’ll set the visual tone: colour palettes, basic logo marks, and typography that feel consistent but still allow each venture its own personality.
