2D Animated Short Story

Budget: $30 - $250

I'm looking for a 2D animator to do the artwork for and add some minor animations for a short story. A simple slide show style storyboard format is my idea. The main goal is about capturing the essence of the piece.

Key Requirements:

• 2D Animation Proficiency
• Storyboarding Style
• Character design from minimal description and landscape layout from the same

My thoughts are it would be mostly still frame storyboard style art work with small animated movements at key moments. Not fully animated.
