Our clients are roofing companies, HVAC contractors, med spas, cosmetic dentists, and personal injury law firms across the US. We have a perfected pitch, a proven offer, and prospect lists ready to dial. We need the right full-cycle closer to take deals from cold call all the way to signed client.

What You'll Do:

Cold call local service business owners from our provided prospect lists Deliver our proven pitch, handle objections, and book a free audit call Run the audit call yourself and walk the prospect through their Google presence gaps Present our service package, handle closing objections, and collect the signed commitment Log every call outcome inside our CRM with proper disposition tags Send a daily performance report at end of each working day

What We Provide:

Complete cold call script and closing call framework Full objection handling guide for every stage Pre-scored, targeted prospect lists Full CRM and dialer access (GoHighLevel) — all calls tracked and recorded Onboarding packet so you are ready to dial and close on day one

What We Require:

Minimum 100 dials per day Experience cold calling AND closing US-based local service business owners Comfort working inside our dialer and CRM — all activity is fully tracked and recorded Daily dashboard screenshot sent to us at end of every shift Honest call dispositions logged after every single dial

Zero base salary. You only earn when you close. If you are not comfortable with full accountability and call recording, this is not the right role.

Compensation:

15% of the first month's contract value on every closed client Contract values range from $1,500–$3,500/month That's $225–$525 per close — with no cap Commission paid within 48 hours of client's first payment clearing

Performance Gate:

2 closed clients within your first 10 days Miss the gate and the engagement ends — no hard feelings Hit it and this becomes long-term recurring work as we scale
