Build Custom Multi-Step Service Booking Form with Dynamic Pricing & Square Payment (Gravity Forms + WooCommerce)

I am looking for an experienced WordPress developer to create a complete custom ordering process for a property services business in Scotland.

The flow must be built as a single multi-page Gravity Forms wizard with 5 distinct steps, closely matching the attached screenshots whereby first a lookup form is used to capture the user's postcode and number of bedrooms in their property which will then be used to map to one of 9 zones to then display dynamic pricing based on the postcode and number of bedrooms.
