Pune Freelance Accountant Needed (Undri OR near by area only)

Budget: ₹600 - ₹1500

I’m looking for an experienced accountant who can take full ownership of our routine compliance and record-keeping. The three core areas you’ll handle are GST return preparation and filing (including reconciliation and accurate input/output tracking), complete TDS calculation through to quarterly return submission, and day-to-day bookkeeping so our ledgers stay clean and audit-ready.

Right now our data is maintained manually in spreadsheets. If you are comfortable continuing that way, great—though I’m happy to hear recommendations on migrating to Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks or any other platform that could streamline the work.

Most of the coordination can happen online, but I will need you to visit the office in Undri / NIBM, Pune from time to time—for example when original documents must be verified or at quarter-end reviews. Reliability, close attention to detail, and the ability to meet statutory deadlines are essential.
