Role Overview As an Agentic AI Developer, you will design and deploy autonomous AI systems capable of reasoning, planning, and executing complex workflows. You will work on real-world healthcare problems, including risk adjustment, prior authorisation, and care gap closure. What You’ll Build • Multi-agent systems (planner, executor, verifier architectures) • AI workflows for risk adjustment, prior authorization, and provider engagement • RAG pipelines and tool-using LLM systems • Scalable AI infrastructure using cloud-native architectures Core Responsibilities • Build LLM-powered applications with high accuracy and reliability • Integrate healthcare data (FHIR, HL7, claims) • Develop evaluation and feedback loops for continuous improvement Required Qualifications • Experience with LLMs, APIs, and distributed systems • Understanding of prompt engineering and RAG pipelines Preferred Qualifications • Experience with agent frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI) • Healthcare experience (Medicare Advantage, HCC coding) • Exposure to real-world AI deployment and scaling Success Metrics (6–12 Months) • Deploy production-grade AI agents • Achieve 15–30% improvement in workflow efficiency • Demonstrate measurable ROI in healthcare workflows
