I’m launching a real-estate consulting hub that feels as intuitive as Zillow and adds the advisory features my team relies on. The site must combine a fast MLS/IDX-powered property search with a calendar-based module so visitors can instantly book consulting calls or walk-throughs.

Interactive market-analysis tools—price-trend charts, rent-versus-buy calculators and neighborhood reports—will highlight our expertise. An AI chatbot should greet users, answer common questions, and capture lead details for follow-up. I also need a branded proposal generator that lets agents select listings and analytics, then produce a polished PDF ready to share with investors or buyers.

Responsive design, quick load times and SEO-friendly structure are expected, along with an admin area where I can manage listings, content and leads without touching code.
