PROJECT OBJECTIVE

We are looking for an experienced Shopify CRO + UX + SEO expert (or team) to completely transform our existing Shopify website into a:

High-converting ecommerce funnel SEO-optimized website (rank for high-intent keywords) Clean, premium, trust-driven UI/UX Information-rich (educational + conversion focused) Performance-driven (speed, mobile-first, analytics)

The end goal is to increase conversion rate, organic traffic, and revenue per visitor.

Industry benchmark: ecommerce conversion rate averages ~2–3% globally — we want to beat this significantly.

PROJECT SCOPE (END-TO-END)

  1. Research & Audit Phase Full audit of current website: UX flow Conversion funnel (homepage → PDP → checkout) Drop-off analysis Competitor benchmarking (India + global) Sugar-free / keto / diabetic brands Keyword research: High-intent keywords (e.g. “sugar free sweetener India”, “allulose India”) Content gap analysis Heatmap + behavior assumptions

Output:

Audit report SEO keyword strategy Conversion gap analysis 2. UX Strategy + Website Architecture

Redesign entire user journey

Core flows: Homepage → Category → Product → Checkout Landing page (ads → conversion) Educational funnel (SEO → blog → product)

Must include:

Clear value proposition (above-the-fold) Strong CTA hierarchy Trust-first structure Simplified navigation (can improve conversions up to ~18% )

Output:

Sitemap Wireframes (low fidelity) 3. Figma Design (High-Fidelity)

Design complete website in Figma before development:

Pages: Homepage (conversion-first) Product page (PDP) Collection pages About / Brand story Blog / SEO pages Landing pages (ads focused) Design direction: Premium + clean label + health trust Minimal clutter, high clarity Mobile-first design (critical: ~70%+ traffic mobile )

Must include:

Trust badges Social proof sections Comparison tables (vs sugar, vs erythritol) Sticky Add-to-Cart FAQ (SEO + conversion)

Output:

Full Figma file Design system (fonts, colors, components) 4. Shopify Development Build approved Figma into Shopify (custom theme or optimized theme) Speed optimization (Core Web Vitals) Mobile-first responsiveness App integrations: Reviews Upsell / cross-sell Email capture Analytics

Must ensure:

Fast load times (critical for SEO + conversion) Seamless checkout Clean navigation & structure 5. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

Focus on actual revenue drivers, not just design:

Implementation: Clear USP messaging Optimized product pages: Benefit-driven copy High-quality visuals FAQs + objections handling Checkout friction reduction Cross-sell & upsell flows

Insight: CRO is a data-driven process to remove friction and increase conversions

  1. SEO Optimization (Core Requirement) Technical SEO setup: Meta tags, schema, URLs On-page SEO: Keyword optimized product pages Structured content Blog strategy: Diabetes, keto, sugar alternatives Internal linking

Goal: Rank on Google for high purchase intent keywords

  1. Analytics & Tracking Setup Google Analytics / GA4 Meta Pixel Conversion tracking Funnel tracking
