"Home Detox" Guide Book Formatter

Budget: €30 - €250

I am looking for an experienced book formatter/editorial designer to format a guide called "Home Detox". The content is currently in Notion, but it needs professional layout. I will provide the base document, all text, the cover design, and the images.

Required Deliverables:

Digital Version (Interactive PDF):

Fix page breaks (currently, sections run into each other; every new chapter/section must start on a fresh page for better visual breathing room).

Place the cover design on the first page.

Create an interactive Table of Contents (TOC) at the beginning with clickable links navigating to the respective sections.

Images can remain compressed to keep the file size low. No page numbers are needed in the TOC for this version.

Print Version (Amazon KDP Ready):

Same clean layout and correct page breaks as the digital version.

Create a traditional Table of Contents (with actual page numbers indicating where each topic is found).

Remove any clickable links or digital-only formatting.

Crucial: Replace all images with high-resolution versions (300 DPI) to meet Amazon's print-on-demand requirements. I will provide a separate folder with all the high-res images.

Freelancer Requirements:

Proven experience formatting books for Amazon KDP print.

Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Affinity Publisher, or similar software.

A good eye for clean, minimalist editorial design.

Please include samples of books or guides you have previously formatted in your proposal.

Basic Spanish Knowledge.
