A complete, web-based school management system is required that reflects everyday workflows in East African primary and secondary schools. The platform must handle:

• Student Information Management—full enrolment workflow plus permanent grading records that can be exported termly. • Teacher & Staff Management—timetabling for every teacher and an at-a-glance performance evaluation section that supports KPIs used locally. • Examination Management—mark entry screens that roll straight into an automatically formatted PDF report card showing class position, subject grades, comments and the school crest.

I will use the system on browsers and mobile so a responsive UI or companion app is important. If attendance tracking is already in your code-base, highlight it as a bonus, but it is not mandatory.

Please share a public demo link along with temporary credentials for both administrator and teacher roles so I can confirm:

1. Enrolment → marks entry → report card flow works end-to-end.
2. Teachers appear correctly in the timetable and can be evaluated from the admin side.
3. PDF report cards download in one click and match the CBC/KCSE or UNEB grading format without manual tweaks.

Delivery is the source code (Laravel, Django, Node or similar), a migration script for initial data, and straightforward installation notes. Timelines, suggested tech stack and any localisation already done for the region will help me make a fast decision.
