I am seeking a highly skilled, Spanish-speaking developer and digital marketer to finalize, migrate, and scale my Endurance Coaching Platform. The project is currently a functional MVP on Replit, and I need it moved to a professional production environment with a heavy focus on the Mexican market.
Scope of Work
- Infrastructure & DevOps (Replit → GitHub → AWS)
Migration: Move the codebase from Replit to GitHub.
Version Control: You must log all progress and commits clearly on GitHub for transparency.
AWS Deployment: Deploy the platform on AWS (Amplify or EC2) with custom domain/SSL.
Budget Safety: You must set up AWS Billing Alarms to prevent unexpected costs.

Finalize custom design elements for a premium, athletic look.
Optimize for performance and mobile responsiveness (Core Web Vitals).

Target Market: Primary focus is Mexico.

On-Page SEO: Technical optimization and Spanish-language keyword integration.
- Google Ads & Tracking
Setup and management of Google Ads specifically targeting athletes in Mexico.
Full integration of GA4 and conversion tracking to measure ROI.
Requirements Language: Native or fluent Spanish (critical for Mexico-specific ad copy).
Technical: Proven experience with AWS, GitHub workflows, and SEO architecture.
