Future Development City Graphs

Budget: $250 - $750

I have shortlisted Addis Ababa, Tokyo, Milan and Rio de Janeiro and now need four clear, publication-ready graphs that reveal which city offers the strongest outlook for future development planning and construction. Three metrics are non-negotiable—profitability & margins, return on investment and inflation rates. For the fourth criterion I am flexible; feel free to recommend either cost structure, currency-fluctuation risk, interest rate or tax rate based on the quality and consistency of the data you can source.

Select the chart style that best communicates each dataset (bar, line, pie or another well-justified option); visual clarity and direct comparability matter more to me than sticking to a single format. Please label every axis, cite data sources and keep the colour palette business-friendly.

Deliverables • Four high-resolution graphs (PNG and editable file) comparing the four cities across the chosen metrics • A brief note beneath each graphic (max 150 words) explaining key takeaways and the data source

I will consider the job complete once the visuals are polished, the explanations are concise and all data points can be quickly verified.
