Windows Java Desktop App Development

Budget: ₹12500 - ₹37500

A Windows-ready desktop application needs to be built from the ground up in Java. I will supply full functional specs once an NDA is signed, but in brief the app centres on a rich GUI, persistent local storage and several real-time data-processing routines. Java 11+ is preferred, and you are free to choose JavaFX, Swing, or another mainstream toolkit provided the final package installs cleanly and looks native on current Windows releases. Cross-platform potential (macOS, Linux) is a bonus, yet Windows performance comes first.

To be considered, send a detailed project proposal that explains your planned architecture, key libraries, timeline and testing approach. Past work summaries are welcome if they support the proposal, but the proposal itself is the deciding factor.
