1447b Immigration Litigation complaint

Deadline: 2026-04-07
Project-Based

Description

Budget: $250 - $750

My naturalization interview was completed more than 120 days ago and USCIS still has not issued a decision. I now want to move forward with a 1447b complaint—full-scale litigation in federal district court—to compel timely action on my case.

The primary focus is Citizenship and naturalization, so every pleading, citation, and prayer for relief must be tailored to that context. I have all of my USCIS records, receipts, and interview notes ready to share. What I need from you is litigation-level support, not just form templates:

• Revise and review the 1447b complaint that squarely meets federal jurisdiction and venue requirements, lays out the procedural history, and requests the appropriate relief. • Handle electronic filing and ensure proper service on the U.S. Attorney, DHS, and any other required parties. • Provide strategic guidance on next steps—possible negotiated resolution, or, if necessary, full briefing and appearance. • Keep me informed in plain language so I can make timely decisions as the case progresses.

Acceptance criteria

  • Complaint is filed without docketing errors.
  • All defendants are served within the 10 days after filing.
  • I receive a stamped copy of the complaint, proof of service, and a concise roadmap for anticipated court hearing scheduled.

If you have verifiable experience in immigration litigation under 8 U.S.C. § 1447(b), credentials, and are prepared to act quickly, let’s get started right away.

Must be Bar licensed attorney.
