1. Scope of Delivery: Introduction to Sunbird: Overview of the platform, features, and use cases. Platform Navigation: Logging in, dashboard overview, accessing courses and resources. Content Discovery: Searching, filtering, and accessing digital learning materials. Course Participation: Enrolling in courses, completing modules, tracking progress. Content Creation & Upload: Basic guidance on creating and uploading learning resources (if applicable). User Management (for admins): Managing users, roles, and groups. Best Practices: Effective use of Sunbird for learning programs and digital engagement.
