Tailored Q1 Review Papers

Budget: ₹1500 - ₹12500

My doctoral work explores how India’s innovation ecosystem turns granted patents into marketable technologies. I now want to turn that core theme into a portfolio of review papers, each one written for a specific Q1 outlet:

• International Entrepreneurship and Management Journal • IIC — International Review of Intellectual Property and Competition Law (this piece must adopt a distinctly legal angle)

For every journal I need manuscript that meets the journal’s scope, voice, and formatting guide, is grounded in up-to-date literature, and is ready for submission once I add my author details.

Scope of the reviews

• Synthesise Indian and comparative international evidence on how government programmes, university–industry ties, incubators, accelerators, and complementary legal frameworks foster (or hinder) the commercial uptake of patents.
• Map conceptual and empirical gaps to position the paper as a must-read for each journal’s audience.
• Where suitable, employ bibliometric or systematic review techniques (e.g., PRISMA flow, VOSviewer visualisations) to strengthen rigour.
• For the IIC article include doctrinal analysis, statutory interpretation, and landmark case commentary.

What I expect to receive • One full manuscript per journal (≈8,000–10,000 words each, unless the target outlet specifies otherwise) set out in that journal’s template, with all tables, figures, and references formatted correctly. • A short cover letter for each submission explaining fit and contribution. • A spreadsheet of sources searched (Scopus, Web of Science, SSRN, etc.) for transparency and later updates.

I will supply my thesis proposal, any unpublished data, and previous notes once we start. If you have published in any of these journals—or handled submissions through Springer’s Editorial Manager—that experience will be a major plus.
