Work From Home Call Center Executives (Hindi & English)

We are hiring Work From Home Call Center Executives for a healthcare/medical support process. The role involves handling customer calls related to medicine orders, basic tele-support, and coordination with doctors.

Key Responsibilities: • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally • Assist customers with medicine-related queries and order support • Coordinate with doctors for prescription verification (if required) • Provide accurate information with a customer-first approach

Requirements: • Fluency in Hindi and English (both spoken and understood clearly) • Prior experience in BPO / Call Center / Healthcare support preferred • Basic understanding of medicines or healthcare terminology is a plus • Must have a laptop, stable internet connection, and headset

Job Type: • Remote / Work from Home • Full-time or Part-time options available

Compensation: • Fixed monthly salary or per-call basis (to be discussed) • Performance-based incentives
