AI Assistant for Parsing Rental Queries

Budget: $15 - $25/hr

I want an AI agent to parse responses to my rental ads. Customer responses t my ads will be randomly formatted due to being human written responses. These responses will come in via email, kijiji app, facebook marketplace, and possibly other vectors. When the responses arrive I want the AI to parse the responses and put the data into an Google spreadsheet. Examples of data to extract are the client's name, when they want to begin renting, rental duration, ages of each person in their group, their jobs, income, as well as a calculation of their rent to income ratio, pets, date of their communication to me and mine to them, along with the communication method (e.g. email, text, via an app, phone call, etc). The AI should background color the cells red for info that reflects poorly on the candidate and green if that item of info makes them attractive to me. I want the AI to drive the conversation asking the client to provide the missing data until their responses finally answer the questions I put into my rental ad. I also want the AI to add comments to the various cells to provide details offered in their responses. Ideally I would like the AI to tell me which people to decline and more importantly which seem like above average candidates.
