Dynamic Power BI Dashboard Build

Budget: ₹37500 - ₹75000

I have a mix of Excel workbooks and SQL tables that need to feed a single, fully-interactive Power BI dashboard geared toward our Operations team. The board must refresh automatically, display our latest sales performance alongside key operational efficiency measures, and let users drill from high-level summaries down to the row-level details that live in both data sources.

The build will involve: • Connecting and combining the Excel and SQL data, applying any required cleansing or transformations in Power Query. • Creating clear, well-labelled visuals (tables, cards, trend lines, slicers) that highlight the KPIs most important to day-to-day operations and sales monitoring. • Writing DAX measures for metrics such as revenue vs. target, order fulfilment time, stock-out rate, and on-time shipment %. • Implementing an automatic refresh schedule and parameterised filters so the team can adapt views without editing the model. • Delivering the.pbix file plus a brief usage guide so new team members can jump straight in.

Acceptance criteria

1. Data from Excel and SQL refreshes without errors.
2. All KPI cards and trend visuals match sample numbers I will provide.
3. Navigation is intuitive for first-time users, confirmed in a 15-minute live walk-through.
