AI Systems & Automation Specialist (Remote | Ongoing Work)

We’re looking for an experienced AI Systems & Automation Specialist to help design and implement a large-scale AI system across multiple established, trade-based businesses — with the goal of refining and scaling it into something much bigger.

You’ll be working directly with the founder to build and implement AI systems inside real businesses first — then help scale that into a much larger platform.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING You will be responsible for building and implementing AI systems across real, operational businesses, including: . Deg and building AI agents using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Manus, Milly, Open Claw, and similar platforms . Structuring and implementing AI-driven systems across trade-based businesses (construction, services, etc.) . Creating intelligent workflows that improve how enquiries, quoting, job management, and client communication operate . Identifying inefficiencies in current business operations and replacing them with AI-driven systems . Testing, refining, and evolving systems in real-world environments . Laying the foundation for a scalable AI system that can later be expanded beyond these businesses

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR This is not a beginner role. We’re looking for someone who: . Has proven experience building AI systems, agents, or automations . Understands how to apply AI in real business environments, not just theory . Is confident using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Manus, Milly, Open Claw, Zapier, Make, APIs, etc. . Can take messy, real-world processes and turn them into structured systems . Thinks in efficiency, scalability, and practical implementation . Is proactive, fast-moving, and able to execute without constant direction
