Complete WooCommerce to Shopify Migration

Budget: $250 - $750

I need my existing WooCommerce store moved to Shopify from top to bottom. The catalogue sits somewhere in the mid-hundreds of SKUs, and every product, customer record, order history, review, and URL must arrive intact on the new platform.

While data integrity is critical, the front-end will not be a copy-and-paste job. I want a fresh, conversion-driven Shopify design, so you’ll have room to rethink layout, styling, and user flows while respecting brand guidelines.

Core requirements • SEO continuity

• 1:1 URL mapping or 301s, meta data migration, schema and on-page optimisation carried over so rankings are protected. • Custom functionality rebuilt or improved in Shopify:
• Regional pricing (currency or location-based)
• Product-specific and category-specific pop-ups
• Product bundles
• Back-in-stock notifications
• Abandoned-cart reminders
• Ongoing SEO enhancements baked into templates • Clean import of products, variants, images, attributes, customers, orders and reviews. • Redirects, sitemaps and Google Search Console hand-off completed. • QA across desktop and mobile to confirm speed, checkout flow and analytics tracking.

Acceptance will be based on:

1. Zero data loss verified against the WooCommerce export.
2. All legacy URLs resolving correctly or redirecting with no 404s.
3. Regional pricing and pop-ups functioning as specified.
4. Shopify Theme Editor left organised so my team can tweak content without touching code.

I’m comfortable with whichever tools you prefer—Matrixify, LitExtension, native Shopify APIs—so long as the outcome is solid. Once live, a brief knowledge-transfer session is all I’ll need to feel confident maintaining the store going forward.
