Realistic Face Swap Photo Edit

I have an Instagram shot that I’d like to personalize by replacing the existing face with another one while keeping everything else untouched (except changing the colour of the outfit). Because the picture is for my own use, it needs to look as if it was never altered—no giveaway edges, mismatched tones, or loss of sharpness.

What matters most:

The final file should be supplied at a standard social-media resolution (ideal for Instagram) and remain crisp on both mobile and desktop screens. A flattened JPEG or PNG is fine for posting, but I’d also appreciate the layered PSD so I can revisit it later if needed.
