My website’s back-end already automates most of the data entry, yet I still need someone to review each record, approve it, and make the occasional manual correction inside Excel when the feed flags an anomaly. Accuracy matters more than speed, but you must be comfortable juggling several screens at once.

Beyond the numbers, the site also needs fresh, engaging copy. You will use your preferred large-language-model workflow (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, etc.) to produce short blocks of website content that match the existing voice and follow my on-page SEO checklist. Every text block should come with its prompt and a quick note on any post-editing you perform, so future updates stay consistent.

Visuals round out the job. For articles and landing pages I want clean, data-driven infographics generated with AI tools such as Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion or Canva’s AI suite. The finished graphics must be delivered in both SVG and PNG at 2× resolution, ready for responsive layouts.

Acceptance criteria • Zero unresolved errors in the weekly data-entry audit exported from Excel. • All web copy passes Grammarly and originality checks and is supplied in a shared Google Doc. • Each infographic aligns with the brand palette (#2B3A42, #F5A623, #FFFFFF) and ships with editable source layers.
