Simple HTML + CSS Website Build

Budget: $10 - $30

I’m looking for a developer who can build a brand-new website using clean, well-commented HTML and CSS. The goal is a lightweight, fast-loading site that is easy for me to maintain once it’s handed over.

Scope • Build a new website from scratch (this is the option I selected in the form). • 3–5 core pages—Home plus a few standard inner pages such as About, Services, or Contact. • Mobile-responsive layout that scales smoothly on phones, tablets, and desktops. • Basic on-page SEO structure (semantic tags, meta titles, alt text). • Simple contact form wired up to an email address I’ll provide. • Clear folder structure so I can understand and extend the code later.

What I’ll Provide • Any copy, images, and brand colors. • Inspiration links to sites I like. • Timely feedback on drafts so you can iterate quickly.

Deliverables

1. Fully functional site in an organized project folder.
2. All source files (HTML, CSS, and any assets).
3. A short read-me explaining how to tweak text, swap images, and deploy the site.

This is a straightforward build—no back-end or advanced JavaScript needed at this stage. Speed, clarity, and clean code matter most to me. If this sounds like a good fit, let’s get started!
