Shopify Recharge Optimisation for Supplements Brand

Budget: $2 - $8/hr

We’re a UK-based supplement brand (Feel Supreme) looking for a specialist to optimise our Recharge subscription setup on Shopify and turn it into a stronger, more consistent revenue stream. We already have subscriptions in place, but believe there is significant room to improve performance.

Key objectives:

Increase subscription uptake from existing product traffic

Improve retention and reduce churn on existing subscribers

Grow overall LTV from our subscription customers

Scope of work:

Audit our current Recharge + Shopify subscription flow end-to-end (product pages, cart, checkout, customer portal, notifications)

Optimise subscription positioning vs one-time purchase (copy, CTAs, incentives, pricing display)

Improve the customer subscription portal UX to reduce cancellations and support tickets

Design and implement win‑back / save flows (email/SMS and in-portal) to rescue cancellations and failed payments

Suggest and help implement A/B tests for offers, bundles, and incentives focused on LTV

Provide clear before/after metrics and a short optimisation report at the end

Requirements:

Proven experience with Recharge on Shopify, ideally for subscription/ecommerce brands (supplements, wellness, consumables, etc.)

Strong understanding of conversion rate optimisation, LTV, and retention

Experience integrating flows with tools like Klaviyo/SMS platforms is a plus

Ability to communicate clearly in English and share past results/case studies
