Contact Data Enrichment & Migration

Budget: €12 - €18/hr

I have a Salesforce contact database that needs a thorough clean-up before I move everything into its new structure. My top priority is improving data accuracy, with a particular focus on validating each email address so every record is reliable for future outreach and reporting.

Here’s how I see the engagement unfolding:

• First, audit the existing Salesforce export, flagging any duplicates or obviously invalid records. • Then, run an email validation process that removes bounces, catch-alls, and role-based addresses while preserving deliverable mailboxes. • Where possible, append missing or corrected fields so every contact meets standard completeness requirements. • Finally, migrate the refined dataset back into Salesforce (same org or a fresh environment, depending on timing), mapping every field precisely and test-importing a subset to confirm integrity.

I’ll supply the current CSV export, field mapping guidelines, and administrative access once we agree on the approach. Your deliverable is a ready-to-import file plus a short summary of the enrichment steps and validation metrics so I can document the process for internal stakeholders.

If you work comfortably with Salesforce Data Loader, Excel/Google Sheets, and any reputable email-verification tool, we’ll get along well.
